UNLIMITED PROPERTY BUYERS
Property investment advice without the hype.
Most buyers agents will tell you property is the fastest path to wealth. I'll tell you the truth - and then help you build a portfolio that holds up over time. Operating across Queensland and Victoria.
01 — WHAT I ACTUALLY BELIEVE
Property investment is genuinely one of the best ways to build wealth. Done right, and over time.
The problem isn't property. The problem is the way it's too often sold - with short timelines, optimistic projections, and not enough honest conversation about risk. A lot of people have made decisions based on advice that worked well in the conditions of the last few years, without a clear picture of what happens when those conditions change.I think the industry has a noise problem. There's a lot of information, a lot of confidence, and not nearly enough nuance. What gets lost in that noise is the thing that actually matters: property builds real, life-changing wealth for people who hold it over a long time, manage their finances carefully, and don't make decisions in a hurry.Ten years is the minimum. The real compounding - the kind that genuinely changes your financial life - happens over twenty to thirty years. That's not a complicated idea. But it requires a very different kind of discipline than most investment conversations are built around, and it's the lens through which I approach every client engagement.I started Unlimited Property Buyers because I wanted to do this work without the shortcuts. I have the background to go deeper than most - and I'd rather work with fewer people properly than more people quickly.
02 — HOW I THINK
Four things I believe most buyers agents don't.
01
The minimum hold is ten years. The magic is twenty to thirty.
A ten year view is the floor, not the goal. Property investment compounds slowly and then dramatically - but only for the people who stay in it long enough to reach the second act. The investors I want to work with understand that the real wealth isn't built in the first cycle. It's built by holding through two or three of them. If you're thinking in decades, we're likely a good fit.
02
Time in the market beats timing the market. Every time.
Data based investing has its place. It can help identify where near term growth is likely. But it is frequently sold to clients as a wealth creation strategy without the honest conversation about what happens when the data cycle turns. Markets move, indicators lag, and the investor who bought for short-term momentum is suddenly holding an asset that doesn't perform in the medium term. The investors who actually build wealth aren't the ones who found the next hotspot. They're the ones who bought something solid and didn't sell it.
03
The property is only half the decision. Your finances are the other half.
Most buyers agents never look seriously at your financial position. I do - because the best investment property in the world becomes a liability if you can't hold it through a flat market, a rate rise, or a vacancy period. Part of what I do is help clients get genuinely honest about their cash flow and financial commitments. That conversation is sometimes uncomfortable. It's also the one that determines whether this works out long term.
04
I look at a property the way a builder would.
My background is in construction and development - not just buying and selling. That means I walk through a property and see things a traditional buyers agent doesn't: quality of construction, likely remediation costs, what a renovation would actually involve, and whether the development potential being talked about actually stacks up. It's a different lens. It changes what I recommend, and it changes what I'm willing to put my name behind.
03 — HONEST ABOUT FIT
This isn't for everyone. I mean that genuinely.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means I can afford to be honest about who I'll actually be useful to - and who I won't.
| THIS IS FOR YOU IF — | THIS PROBABLY ISN'T IF — |
|---|---|
| You're willing to hold for the long term and mean it | You're chasing the next hotspot or suburb everyone's talking about online |
| You want to understand every decision, not just be told what to do | You want to get rich quickly and aren't interested in the slow version |
| You're ready to look seriously at your finances and make real commitments to managing them | You're not willing to look closely at your financial position |
| You want someone to talk through the risks honestly, not around them | You'd rather not hear about the risks |
| You're a first-time investor who wants to start right, not fast | You want someone to confirm the decision you've already made |
| You're building a portfolio and want a consistent, considered approach to each purchase | You need to buy something in the next thirty days |
04 — WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
What working with me actually feels like.
The first conversation will probably surprise you.
Most buyers agents spend the first call selling themselves. I spend it asking questions you might not have been asked before - about your cash flow, your risk tolerance, what your finances genuinely look like, and what a bad year would actually mean for your life. Some people find this uncomfortable. The ones who don't are usually the right fit.
I will tell you when something isn't worth buying.
This sounds obvious. It isn't. A buyers agent only gets paid when you buy - and that creates a quiet pressure to keep the process moving toward a transaction. I'd rather lose a fee than put my name behind a property that doesn't make sense for you. I'll say so plainly, with reasons, every time. That includes properties that look right on paper but don't feel right when I'm standing in them.
You won't be handed off to anyone.
I'm a one-person operation. I do the research, the inspections, the due diligence, the negotiation, and the follow-through - across Queensland and Victoria. You'll never get a callback from someone who wasn't at the property. There's no junior taking your calls. There's just me, and that's deliberate.
My construction eye is part of the service.
I walk through a property differently to most buyers agents. I'm looking at build quality, at what the maintenance costs will actually be over ten years, at what a renovation would genuinely involve, and at whether the development potential being talked about actually stacks up structurally. That assessment shapes what I recommend - and what I'm willing to negotiate hard on.
The relationship doesn't end at settlement.
I'm available after the contract is signed. If questions come up, if something doesn't go as planned, if you want a sounding board on the next decision - I'm here. This isn't a transactional service dressed up in relationship language. It actually isn't transactional.
05 — WHO'S BEHIND THIS
The credibility here is the experience, not the certificate.
I spent over a decade working as a construction project manager before moving into property development. That background - understanding how buildings are actually built, what they cost to maintain, and what goes wrong and why - is the lens through which every property I assess gets looked at.I've bought, developed, and held my own residential and commercial portfolio. I've helped people navigate purchases across multiple market cycles. I've seen what happens when people buy for the wrong reasons, and what long term ownership actually looks like when it's done thoughtfully.I hold a real estate licence and operate across Queensland and Victoria. I'm a one-person operation, which means when you work with me, you're working with me, not being handed off to a junior. That experience is what I bring to every engagement. Not a certificate that says I attended the right course.
